Thank you very much for your support of the Local Classrooms for Local Funding Act.

The outpouring of energy from throughout the state is proof that parents, teachers and community members are aware that something is wrong with California’s State government and will come together to fight for change.

Unfortunately, despite all of your hard work, we were unable to qualify the initiative for the November 2010 election.

This does not mean our work is done. Californians for Improved School Funding will continue to seek solutions that offer public schools immediate, direct help as they cope with a state budget under stress and give communities a way to commit stable, reliable local funds to their classrooms and students.

Your commitment, time and money did not go to waste as it helped to build a grassroots coalition of thousands of others like you that are working to support quality public education throughout California. Please watch for updates and visit our website at www.improvedschoolfunding.com to stay involved.
